Provide Customer Feedback

Customer feedback is encouraged and SyncToy provides a survey to easily send feedback and comments about SyncToy to Microsoft®.

By offering suggestions through the feedback survey, you give Microsoft full permission to use them freely. We cannot guarantee we will use your suggestions, but we will review them for use in future products. Due to the volume and variety of suggestions, we cannot provide compensation or personal responses to each suggestion. It may help us to be able to contact you to get further feedback, but please do not feel obligated to provide a response email address or other personal information.

To provide feedback about SyncToy:

1. Make sure you have an active internet connection.
2. On the top menu, select Help.
3. Select Customer Feedback.
4. Log in with your Microsoft Passport Network account.
5. Review Microsoft's privacy policy and terms of use.
6. Fill out the online survey.
